Who operates Rolivio

Rolivio is operated by VickeyApps Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62013TS2023PTC176096), Hyderabad, Telangana, India. For privacy questions or data requests, contact sales@vickeyapps.com.

Information we collect

  • Account: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google profile identifier.
  • Resume & job content: Files and text you upload (PDF, DOCX, TXT), structured resume data you edit, job descriptions you paste, and application notes you save.
  • Usage: Feature usage counts (e.g. analyses run, AI credits consumed), timestamps, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
  • Payments: If you buy prepaid credits, Razorpay processes payment. We store order IDs, pack purchased, amount, and payment status — not full card or UPI credentials.

How we use your data

We use your data only to provide Rolivio features you request: parsing, editing, job match analysis, AI assistance, exports, application tracking, interview prep, billing, and support.

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not use your resume content to train our own machine-learning models for unrelated products.
  • We do not authorize AI providers to use your content to train their public models beyond what their applicable API / enterprise terms allow (see AI processing below).

AI processing

When you use AI features, relevant portions of your resume and job description are sent to OpenAI (or another configured provider) to generate suggestions, cover letters, interview questions, and similar outputs. You review and accept changes before they are applied.

OpenAI processes data according to its policies for API customers. We configure AI features to send only what is needed for each request. For current OpenAI API data practices, see openai.com/policies.

Service providers (subprocessors)

We use trusted third parties to run Rolivio. They process data only to perform services on our behalf:

Cross-border transfers

VickeyApps Technologies is based in India. Your data may be stored or processed in India and in other countries where our service providers operate (including the United States for OpenAI and Google). We take reasonable steps to protect data transferred internationally consistent with this policy and applicable law.

Legal basis & consent

By creating an account and using Rolivio, you consent to this policy. Where required by law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), we process personal data for the purposes described here based on your consent and our legitimate need to provide the service.

Your rights & data deletion

You may:

  • Export your resumes from the product
  • Request access to or correction of account data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated resume data

Email sales@vickeyapps.com from your registered account email with the subject "Rolivio data request". We aim to respond within 30 days. Some records (e.g. payment receipts) may be retained where required by tax or payment law.

Grievance redressal

For privacy-related complaints, contact our grievance channel at sales@vickeyapps.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have rights to escalate under applicable Indian or local data protection law.

Children

Rolivio is intended for users who are at least 16 years old and eligible to seek employment. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data.

Data retention

We retain account and resume data while your account is active. Prepaid credits remain on your account for 12 months from purchase unless used sooner (see refund & billing policy). After deletion requests or prolonged inactivity, we delete or anonymize data except where retention is legally required.

Security

We use HTTPS encryption in transit, authenticated API access, and access controls on stored data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; use Rolivio at your own risk for highly sensitive information you choose to upload.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
