Agreement

By using Rolivio, you agree to these terms with VickeyApps Technologies Private Limited. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy policy and Refund & billing policy are incorporated by reference. For product how-tos, see the FAQ.

Service description

Rolivio provides resume upload, parsing, job match analysis, AI-assisted suggestions, exports, job tracking, interview preparation, and related career tools. Features may change as the product evolves. Marketing descriptions (including "ATS-friendly" or "resume builder") describe tools to improve your materials — not a guarantee of hiring outcomes or ATS passage.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your resumes and applications. AI suggestions are recommendations only — you must review them before use. Do not upload content you do not have rights to use. Do not misrepresent employers, dates, degrees, or skills.

No employment guarantee

Rolivio helps improve application materials and preparation. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, ATS scores, recruiter responses, or specific outcomes.

Free plan & prepaid credits

• The Free plan includes limited job match analyses and AI credits as described on the Pricing and Account pages.
• Optional prepaid credit packs add allowance on top of your plan. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
• Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from payment unless used sooner.
• We may adjust free-tier limits or pack contents with reasonable notice; existing unused purchased credits remain governed by the Refund & billing policy.

Payments

Online purchases are processed by Razorpay in INR. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge and agree to our Refund & billing policy. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or card issuer. Manual upgrade arrangements (bank transfer, UPI outside checkout) are subject to separate written confirmation.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the platform, resell credits, or use Rolivio for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide Rolivio. Rolivio software, branding, and documentation remain the property of VickeyApps Technologies.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VickeyApps Technologiesis not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Rolivio, including lost job opportunities or data loss. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
